Payment Settings

How will your brokerage handle Honor Card contributions?

  • Our office will designate a manager or administrator to send Honor Cards on behalf of our agents through their Miracle System administrator account.
  • Our office will pay for Honor Cards upfront on behalf of agents and bill them later.
  • Our office will use a company-wide credit card or bank routing information to send Honor Cards on behalf of agents.
  • When this option is selected:
    • If your office will not have a manager or administrator making Honor Cards on behalf of agents, individual agents can create their own Honor Cards on their Miracle System profile. Honor Cards created by agents will be charged to the company-wide credit card or bank routing information.
    • Individual agents will not have the option to select their own personal payment methods, as the office has selected to pay on their behalf.
  • All agents in our office will send Honor Cards through their individual Miracle System profile.
  • All agents in our office will set up their own credit card or bank routing information to pay for Honor Cards directly.
  • When this option is selected:
    • Office managers or administrators can still create Honor Cards on behalf of agents, but will want to select an office-wide credit card or bank routing information to use.
    • No managers or administrators have access to change another user's personal payment information.

The above options and detail are related to the creation of Honor Cards only. Any standard donations made (without an Honor Card) can be made at any time by an individual agent or an office manager or administrator — regardless of Office Payment Settings.
